Overall, it's a good place to work. There is growth potential and knowledge growth. You are largely on your own to develop and promote yourself. They don't easily promote people; you have to keep on your manager. Health benefits aren't great, the retirement is very good.

For long-term employees, their pay doesn't keep pace with the market. Routinely people come in from the outside making more (much more).
