I have had an amazing experience at the university behavioral health hospital that i have currently been at for the past three years. I've had the opportunity to gain an abundance of knowledge not only about mental health but myself as well.

My coworkers, and seeing the improvement of the kids overtime.

We work very well together, and uplift one another during those touhh moments.

My current supervisor, is the person that hired me and i greatly appreciated her relatability at the tile
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I greatly appreciate the health care coverage. Prior to my job i was paying for health insurance out of pocket, which was a pretty penny
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees, the patients aren't always in the best circumstances in their life, but it is us, the employees that determine the overall environment of the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the sense of family that we all embody. I know that my team wants the best for me and will look out for me to the best of their ability.
