What is the best part about your compensation package?
They pay you well but the work load is excessive. The pay is what keeps you with the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Change is happening too much and too fast. While it is good, we are unable to determine if a change is appropriate first. This negatively impacts the customer and employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works great with the hand they are dealt. We make it work but feel that we have to talk in circles with the challenges we face. Nothing is ever executed on.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers are held accountable to how other's view the company, even when it is not an objective. They have received negative behavior ratings for the same. It is retaliation. Managers are afraid to own up to mistakes with senior management, causing unfair promotions and retainment of employees.
