Too much unwarranted and unnecessary change.

The executive team at liberty is great, unfortunately not everyone that works for them is a competent

There are some really poor leaders in portions of the company that are control freaks. They are miserable to work with

Liberty does a good job seeking and hiring high performers, too bad they don’t do a good job getting rid of the slackers
