
I think the company has the right idea on things but need alot of improvement

The fact it is too loud there... Our volumes are on the loudest because we sit too close to each other and constantly talk loud
my coworkers are all stressed out and most are just there for the pay check....not for the joy the job brings since stagnant advancements in the Florida locations.
less Micro-management, provide more shine points. 75 is a slap on the face. create more advancement opportunities for people who really work hard and most of all...stop the favoritism its getting sickening.
Have people work together instead of against each other by constantly competing. It creates a hostile environment and lots of jealousy. I also hate the fact our numbers for metrics are shared to others.. That's personal
what is wrong is management playing deaf ears to the real issues, such as favoritism, micro-management, the "all about the numbers" game, no known opportunity for advancements unless relocating and the unrealistic metrics...most coworkers are burned out and stressed out and unhappy.
