My direct manager needs to care and stop taking a blanket approach to leading his team. I feel like my manager could care less about me and my accomplishments and is just there to do a job.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My peers do not care about change. They show up do "their" work and nothing more. They complain but are not willing to do anything outside of "their" work to make it better. No one recognizes anyone for a job well done or thinking outside of the box.
