Recent Questions about HR at LIDL

  • How does LIDL handle HR issues?
It seems almost impossible to fire someone at the US HQ, took over 6 months and another person had to do double work the entire time, so much money wasted. HR does not seem to give advice that leadership would be willing to act upon. Exit interviews have no impact from what I can see, people quit left and right but nothing changes.

They are very dysfunctional in the GRM-RDC, very unprofessional, always with attitudes, not very knowledgeable and looks down on other employees
