What's the work from home policy like at LIDL?
More time at work than at home
I have not come across this policy at LIDL and I have no idea how that could work in Sales Department.

How can I improve my chances of being hired at LIDL?
Apart from normal educational requirements, you must understand the ethos of LIDL and be informed of LIDL'S history and well as being skilled in Customer Service and sales.
Think outside of the box, be under 30 no kids and very flexible
Being flexible, always ready to pitch in and help where help is needed, never afraid to be a go getter or a self learner
What do employees at LIDL think about their benefits?
Excellent.
They are good
The benefits are better than some employers but still could be a little better
How does LIDL handle HR issues?
It seems almost impossible to fire someone at the US HQ, took over 6 months and another person had to do double work the entire time, so much money wasted. HR does not seem to give advice that leadership would be willing to act upon. Exit interviews have no impact from what I can see, people quit left and right but nothing changes.
Open and fair for all concerned.
They are very dysfunctional in the GRM-RDC, very unprofessional, always with attitudes, not very knowledgeable and looks down on other employees
What is the onboarding process like at LIDL and how long does it last?
The actual onboarding after all paperwork is done is currently one day at the office then you are sent to your department to begin.
