  • Not helpful, due to the fact that the manager was unfriendly, aggressive, abusive, bullish, disregard, and treated me disdainfully and with contempt. For these reasons, the Sales team when I was first hired at LIDL did followed the manager's treatment of me. However, my present Sales team is very helpful and supportive, because my present manager is exceedingly fair to everyone and enthuses the Sales team.
