Regarding Customer Service and team work.
How helpful was your Sales team when you were first hired at LIDL?
Not helpful, due to the fact that the manager was unfriendly, aggressive, abusive, bullish, disregard, and treated me disdainfully and with contempt. For these reasons, the Sales team when I was first hired at LIDL did followed the manager's treatment of me. However, my present Sales team is very helpful and supportive, because my present manager is exceedingly fair to everyone and enthuses the Sales team.
What's the internship program like at LIDL?
Extensive, informative and practical.
How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at LIDL?
Excellent.

Growth in sales, no wastage, no loss and the contentment of staff.

Apart from formal education, one needs to have excellent Customer Service Skills.

Not yet seen any layoffs.

More communication on all levels of Lidl.

Able to prioritise. Efficiency. Strong organisational. Good communication within team.
How helpful was your Admin team when you were first hired at LIDL?
Not helpful at all. Only shared what they wanted me to know and has withheld everything else
How does LIDL measure success and growth in the Admin department?
Pretty much it doesn’t, unless you promote up and the positions are far and few

More like invoicing and clerical questions
How's the leadership on the Admin team at LIDL?
Awesome leadership. There is an open door policy where you have access to everyone. The president of the company is very friendly an speaks to all employees
