Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am contracted for30 hrs aweek but most weeks I get 25 hrs then after 2 months I owe the company money not my fault not enough hours yet I get a weeks wages taken to pay the company back for hrs I didn't work through no fault of my own
