Team work and equal playing field
Review from Customer Support Dept
Transparency and determination . An united team
She is great & beautiful
They are so good to us
I have never asked for a raise or promotion because there were faster and bigger then I though before. My manager care about me and he is a great person and really skilled.
Always happy to help and train up
They are very respectful and helpful in every way
When being critical, they don't get emotional. When dividing labor they stay level-headed. When making demands they're staying reasonable. Above all - they genuinely care.
Open and honest team. Good communication.
Very punctual and nice people
Understand each other, respect each other, help each other, always give a hand
Very good manager and deputy but not so shift manager
All managers aren't afraid to get their hands dirty, and won't ask you to do something they wont
They care and are understandinh
Executive team could do more on ground floor to show they are part of the team. Where were they through this pandemic? They Could have phoned stores etc. The owner off morrisons rolls up his sleeves and does tasks with his team when he visits a store.
What I like best about my leadership team is that everyone is seen and addressed to as an equal, and everyone is given equal opportunities if they show potential!
Review from Sales Dept
Everyone chips in and its easy to talk to each other and shot the breeze which helps to cope when the shop is extremely busy
Review from Operations Dept
Very patient, welcoming and knowledgeable.

I really enjoy working at Lidl compared to the other retail jobs that I have had. The company is structured in a way that really makes you feel like every job is important
Review from Sales Dept
They are more interested in what's going on with you than the manager. They don't show favoritism.
Review from Sales Dept
Being more transparent with employees about decisions and direction of the company
Consistency thats about it other then that its a great opportunity to be working at lidl and also to be working with the employees.
To stop controlling through fear
treating people with respect and basic kindness
Ways leadership team could improve: honest communication, realistic workloads, respect for subject matter experts with internal knowledge, being aware of resources, making the company a tolerable place to work instead of saying "if you don't like it here, leave," accepting constructive feedback.
more understanding of the issues in stores, productivity is more important to the company than the customers and staff, hors are so tight and they expect us to get all done and the stores to look good at all times if we are all on tills the store is going to look bad and customers have no support
Review from Sales Dept
Being a part of the working team on the shop floor.
Review from Customer Support Dept
The leadership is too European and not American enough
Store manager needs to vote out of his office
