Empower employees. Acknowledging employees for getting the job done. Higher pay for low wage fulltime
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Executives and management receive better value added benefits. Hourly fulltime must get a PT job if they want to dip into health, 401k, but stock options. Wed b making a couple dollars an hour if we paid into them
