They are good at resolving payroll issues

They are constantly working to develop, grow, and expand the company. This leaves me feeling comfortable with job security and a bright future full of growth. They listen well and are educated. Also they treat everyone with respect.

Medical plan allows you to reimbutse out of pocket expenses

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Executives and management receive better value added benefits. Hourly fulltime must get a PT job if they want to dip into health, 401k, but stock options. Wed b making a couple dollars an hour if we paid into them

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works together as a team unit. No one ever blames any individual. All projects and tasks are discussed openly and everyone is involved making tasks easy to accomplish.

Empower employees. Acknowledging employees for getting the job done. Higher pay for low wage fulltime
