Review from Engineering Dept
401k match is great. Vacation is also great.
401 k is a good benefit
Getting assigned more work after contract agreement.
My department runs so lean that I am not able to learn additional assignments, I carry the burden of at least three people in my job duties.
There is no stock or equity for employees who are not in an executive compensation plan. Benefits are terrible and get worse every year. Processes for compensation are opaque and inconsistent.
Review from HR Dept
Not concerned about it at all.
Review from HR Dept
Better health insurance. Better annual increases that reflect cost of living
Company is about profits over its employees.
LM is a massive corporation but pays under market value for employees with a 3% raise cap that does not keep up with inflation. The raises should at least match inflation and nearly all positions should receive a 10% increase in base pay. No stock/equity is included for employee compensation.
better insurance for what you have to pay
I'm generally okay with my salary, but when doing an interview for a security clearance, the interviewer told me I was sorely underpaid for my qualifications, so it made me realize that perhaps, it was not great.

14 years without a promotion, passed over countless times, just told to be patient. Seeing other new, young people, with a fraction of my experience get promotion after promotion.
Since Minimum wage has almost tripled and my wages have remained the same I'm that much closer to making Minimum
I need to get paid more
Review from IT Dept
training is alot to take in all at once.
Let me put it this way - lowest offer for my services when I began to look for a new position was 25% higher than what I was making at LM. Functional manager couldn’t even get my name right during the exit interview. 20+ years of service and they couldn’t even be bothered to do an e-C
flexible work hours would be better across the board, not just for salary employees
understaffed teams are over worked. Inflation is outpacing raises even for high performers. Team members are leaving for 30%, 40% and sometimes 50% raises at competitors. Additionally, LM just switched to everyone getting the same raise no matter what, if you bust your rear or sit on it, same raise.
Pay increases from promotions are very low
More AI inversion would be ideal
Higher pay; More incentive to stay longer
where is the diversity and gender pay gap shown - only available for LMUK which is a very small division. not the US.
