They allow each and every person on our production line the ability to offer ideas that will save time and money for the company that ultimately finds its way into our pay checks.
Review from Operations Dept
They allow us to do our job with no interference or micro management.
Th management team is making the best of a difficult challenge
4/10 = burnouts. Six minute charging increments is unrealistic.
Be willing to consider more workplace flexibility.
300 letters is not sufficient enough to accurately say
Leading and let the people do what they were hired for
Realizing they dont do the work they take credit and bonuses for! Production does with or without them!
Wages and health insurance offered

The matching of the savings plan is great.
I love much money a lot
Pay raises, matching funds for 401k.
Salary and matching 401 k
Getting assigned more work after contract agreement.
My department runs so lean that I am not able to learn additional assignments, I carry the burden of at least three people in my job duties.
There is no stock or equity for employees who are not in an executive compensation plan. Benefits are terrible and get worse every year. Processes for compensation are opaque and inconsistent.
Review from HR Dept
Not concerned about it at all.

Very very minimal meetings. All of them are productive.
Communication and cooperation between senior and junior employees
Very experienced team member s
Meeting are brief and to the point.
Be more team oriented, pay attention to morale.
The overall atmosphere in the office should be friendlier, much friendlier. I feel under threat by those who have been instructed to go after me and that is by design from key upper and mid-level managers. Character assassination is at its very best in the office.
If my "co-workers" were actually workers. Being more of a team than out for just themselves.
Buy into the mission of teamwork
Review from Operations Dept
The culture is very backbiting and a deep lack of communication between management and worker.

Kindness, caring, involvement, making an effort. So we may be proud of what we do and who we are. Respect!
The company needs to start taking care of its employees.
Management needs to take action against, lazy and ineffective employees and leader.
More listening. Have evaluations by employees of their leadership so that toxic leaders can be properly identified.
Review from Engineering Dept
Very relaxed setring with open discussion.
It was relatively easy if you know your field.
Direct questions relating to important aspects of the position
Review from Engineering Dept
Pertinent questions that relate to the Job and not an IQ test by people who are less qualified than the interviewed.
Questions were well thought out
The talent acquisition process is incredibly slow and if you aren’t being fast-tracked that you get zero communication for month
Review from HR Dept
I wouldn't change this. It's after being hired that the changes need to be made
Shorter wait times per station
Review from Engineering Dept
STAR format. Very strict and super formal. No transparency about team and organization. These can be improved.
Takes too long to review applications and resumes and get to interview
Review from Engineering Dept
The atmosphere and freedom to express yourself
Review from Operations Dept
Positive work environment with great people.
Training junior engineers and solving challenging problems.
Increasing efficiency when we are wasting time and money.
Successful completion of projects on time and within budget
You are going to lose all of your better-qualified workers to companies that offer more flexibility and do not run the company like it's still 1965. You will be left with the workers who are so bad that they cannot find jobs anywhere else. And good for you.
Review from Engineering Dept
For and hiring under qualified people in the early assembly stages
Too many employees in same position. I know some employees have 5 bosses.
You care more about stock holders and keeping them happy the you completely forgot the people who made the company what it is
bloated big male dominated company from the past can't compete in the new environment
Managers need better training they are all over the place
