We are the gum on the bottom of the shoe, but it comes down to us doing the work. We are the ears to our customers, I would love to be sitting at a desk job and making big money, but someone has to be out here listening to our customers,
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I wouldn't change this. It's after being hired that the changes need to be made
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If my "co-workers" were actually workers. Being more of a team than out for just themselves.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive is when I leave one area with my scanner and get to the area I work in.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Compensation for inflation. Compensation for driving our own vehicles on the job. Compensation for using our personal phones for the job. A better Lead. and overall discipline for the employees that don't do the job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being a team is just that. Working together to accomplish our goal and not pushing the job off onto others or just plain NOT helping. Leads that step up are more valued than someone just not getting the work done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do a lot of running by foot and cover a lot of area and deal with our customers on a day to day basis. We aren't even paid half of what ALL other contractors are and the benefits aren't the best either.
