The interview process was over the phone and went very quickly.

Overall the compensation package is good but there is no particular part of the package that stands out.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Do not employee people who are in the Mob. Hire more people with engineering bachelors and masters degrees for jobs that require an engineering background.
What makes you most happy at work?
People who are friendly and communicate intelligently with others. Dealing with people who are honest and forthright with no hidden agendas. Observable technical competence and a willingness to learn and share information with colleagues.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The overall atmosphere in the office should be friendlier, much friendlier. I feel under threat by those who have been instructed to go after me and that is by design from key upper and mid-level managers. Character assassination is at its very best in the office.
