I started January 2022 and so far everyone is very welcoming. Work life balance is not bad as I work 4x10 schedule and have a 3-day weekend every weekend. I would recommend working here for the 401k contributions as well. They give 6% without you giving anything and match an additional 4%!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are friendly and there to accomplish the task at hand.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working alongside my coworkers and being able to talk/laugh with them while we complete our work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The hiring manager was very nice and would even joke with me while interviewing me to make me feel comfortable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is friendly and looks forward to joking around while getting our work done at the same time. They do not let conversations distract them enough to be a hindrance to deadlines.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
LM is a massive corporation but pays under market value for employees with a 3% raise cap that does not keep up with inflation. The raises should at least match inflation and nearly all positions should receive a 10% increase in base pay. No stock/equity is included for employee compensation.
