We work on some cool products.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No stock plan such as RSU or ESPP, high deductible health plan, no bonuses (though they will supposedly start one next year), small raises each year.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Anything fun is “on your own time.” For example, mgr takes us out for Christmas lunch this month but the 2 hour lunch is on our own time and we still have put in enough work hours that week or take 2 hours of vacation for this lunch.
