What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Inclusiveness and actual leaders who know what they're doing. Culture is so far behind times, sexism is rampant.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership is awful; managers are not up to date with education and follow 30 year old practices. "Leaders" at LM are simply where they are because of seniority not merit.
