What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to employees and making sure the work is not on a few and not the whole group.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valuable as a worker. However I think politics plays in salary and compensation. The change of health benefits didn’t help. It is costing employees more out of pocket with no compensation to offset. As a single mother they are killing my budget and having me take risks with my healthcare.
