Adding more layers of management, most of whom are just managers, never were workers or supervisors = no understanding of impact of decisions
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Logic, more managers don't get more work done. Recognizing those who do good work is great, overworking them (to make up for those who don't) burns out the good ones.
