Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lockheed Martin changed its medical benefits plans for all employees to be “competitive” with the rest of the industry. Of course this means higher premiums and deductibles for the employee. Weeks later it received a reduced corporate tax rate of 21%. Need I say more? I think you get the picture.
