the people. the work is very compelling, but what makes LM special is the people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
it was organized. the application process was very quick, people cared about my experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
very diverse leadership team that is ushering in the next generation of LM. they recognize that what got us "here" isn't necessarily what will get us "there". that takes time in a large company like LM, but the desire and thought leadership is there
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i telecommute and also spend time at HQ and the major locations - we are mission driven, dedicated to our core values and very proud of the work that we do. our culture is evolving - but would say that the constant theme is innovation and respect for others.
