It's a good pace company, but structure is too relaxed and head heavy, there's an invisible line separating higher management of the project from normal worker bees, and the company policy says you can take sick days and flexible work hours, but your manager made it hard to take benefit of that.

we got free coffee, it's only a few dollars a day if you buy at cafeteria, but really ups the moral.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
3 week vacation, 1 week sick time, 2 weeks of holiday, match up to 50% of your 8% 401k contribution, and approximately 2-3% employee saving awarded to employees for retirement
What makes you most happy at work?
get to play with many fancy equipment and systems that normal people can only see in movies and fiction books, travel everywhere, and your expertise is duely noted in your team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Initial interview with HR to make sure you have the skillset required based on the job req, then they bring you in to interview with multiple manager/senior staffs spread over couple programs, sometimes in panels, but mostly one on one.
