Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No bonus feature for level 3 and lower. All credit and work compensation goes to upper management. Very micro managing leadership and no freedom to express yourself especially for newcomers and creative people.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Micro managers. Team has a fixed mindset instead of a growth mindset. Older people are not welcome to change such as WFH, organizational change etc. Corporate environment with less freedom for employees. Very robotic workplace. Employee feedback is not taken into account.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Change company culture in accordance to other companies that are booming around especially when other companies are following a relaxed work culture and growth mindset such as Facebook or google, many employees are moving to such companies where there is work life balance

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Very upheld. Coworkers are scared to express themselves due to how strict and micro managing the leaders are. It's not a friendly fun environment. Very military like company culture and leadership passes down the same personality which in return makes the employees nervous to express themselves.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Employees go to work because they have bills to pay. It's not a laid back culture. Employees are not comfortable with each other to feel at ease at work. Perhaps team building meetings and happy hours can help. The company culture alone needs to shift starting from higher leadership
