Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation is somewhat fair but at the lower end of what would be needed, given the cost of living increases in Bellingham. Benefits are generally outstanding. The only exception is health insurance coverage for spouses, which is unattainably expensive for most.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Benefits are quite expensive if you enroll your family. For just an employee only, they are very reasonable, but adding on others is more expensive than prior places I've worked.
