What does the leadership team need to get better at?

People acting like adults, doing there job , and following company rules

What did you like most about the interview process?

The managers were laied back relaxed and asked good question always had good contact and great handshake

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More respect for one another, more careingness in what they're doing and why they're working, keeping ljs alive! ,And less drama

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Faster weight lines, two dishers, two drive thru, and two lobby Two cooks and a manager with each person on busy days, headsets and drive thru speaker no one can hear or understand the customers requests

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

If everyone knew what was going on, we had team meetings, managers would get those positions fairly, everyone knows who they're working with,staff AND MANAGEMENT did they're jobs,less voids, and faster cooking and fishing so widow time is less, and two cashier's instead of one
