Overall I loved the place!! I just hated the fact that the owners family member was made a manager for day shifts and was stealing left and right. Making the cashiers truly question their everything

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees really make it a great place to be/go. They give you that extra smile on top of saving you extra money.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not hiring so much family. Family is causing them to lose their company. Not to mention the family stealing money all of the time from the registers and blaming their employees for it all!
