I love my team and my role. We're a close-knit group.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my job. I maybe an exception to the rule, but my leadership team supports my creativity, drive and engaged communications to solve our problems. I feel empowered to try things and run with initiatives and supported from the top down. I like winning.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Earlier this year my tuition reimbursement for my schooling was pulled effective 2023 (non-UNO tuition reimbursement policy change). This was right after the CX Survey came out. That was the most disappointing thing for me this year. Had that not happened - my responses would be different
