The experience here has been a roller coaster. I enjoy the work and the company's mission and what we stand for but uncertainty over the years about whether I would have a job or not have caused the experience to be quite negative at times.

There is a lot of communication on what is happening in the company in the moment and how things look for the future.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having worked in smaller companies where you may not be 100% sure where the money in your paycheck is going to come from, the best part of the compensation package is that I don't have to worry about whether that compensation will be there or not.
