What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe the best part of the compensation package would either be the pension, 401k 6% match or the new employee stock program.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the inclusive culture here at Loup. We are encouraged to participate in ERGs and give the time/resources to truly be involved.
What makes you most happy at work?
I would say the close family like atmosphere we have here at Loup. One of the main reasons I personally choose to come back to Loup.

My team works on collaboration and teamwork. Its great to be able to come in the office and feel like you are a part of a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I truly admire that our leadership team is always actively involved in what the organization does on the day to day activities. They are always a helpful resource with an open door policy.
