To paid equally. I've seen situations where my direct reports are paid similar salaries with less experience and years of service.

The trust in my knowledge and experience to make the best decisions for the corporation. The openness to creativity and new ways of problem solving.

Looking at former employees who left the company, it seems as if the compensation and benefits offered are far greater than those currently offered at Loup.

My team is highly motivated and focused on driving results. The take ownership of the tasks assigned to them and always has the team's success at the core of what they do.

There is a culture of creativity and innovation that allows for a diversity of solutions. Additionally, I feel that my leaders trust my experience and ideas and give me a level of accountability that I've never experienced.

What I love about the Loup culture is that I feel empowered to make decisions that impact the financial success of the company. It has a very entrepreneurial environment which makes me excited to come to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It does appear that other companies within the industry have a higher compensation rate. The yearly merit increases don't seem to match inflation and Loup is on the lower range of the scale compared to those at the railroad.
