Lots of employee engagement events that are secluded to LOUP employees.

We have a good balance between being serious for our work and also being light and having a good time.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work overload causes a lot of stress and never being able to catch up on work due to the amount that is piled on daily. Constantly have to work past company hours/off days to feel comfortable with workload only for it to pile up again the next day. Having more team members to help delegate tasks.
