Honestly, I should be much further in my career as far as title than I currently am. If those in leadership advocate for you then you are more likely to advance. I have missed out opportunities that I was more qualified for than the person they hired. I guess I don't fit the mold for those advanceme

Having the option to work from home.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I need for some coworkers to stop acting like we're in high school. Too much underhanded conversations about others. They rather attempt to discredited people instead of working to help one another
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation should reflect all the work I do that is above and beyond the normal day to day. Our medical insurance is ridiculous. People with any preexisting medical conditions have to pay an arm and a leg. Why is non-agreement medical insurance the same as agreement. Not fair.
