I do enjoy my team and the decent flexability of working hybrid. I do not like the lack of support our department gets in resolving issues with Alinea that have a big impact on our job processes. Net control has led to many issues with intermodal moves.

we work in an inclusive environment where everyone gets along. I feel it is a place where we can be open about issues that you may be timid to discuss.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel my team has a range of skills and experience that has potential to grow into being very strong and successful. I enjoy the dialogue we have conversing about challenges we face and brainstorming on how to improve processes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After working in my position and all the changes that have happened in the last year I feel the job duty has expanded to be more complex and difficult. The tasks we perform daily requires more troubleshooting and sometimes feels we are the tech team vs Carrier Service team.
