The job market is extremely competitive right now and we did not issue raises in line with inflation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The market for salaries is more competitive than ever, employees are receiving offers daily for more than they make at UPRR. If we want to retain top talent, we need to offer higher salary and bonus targets in February.

We do not provide basic technology to facilitate efficiency. COVID we refused to allow employees to take any of their computer hardware home and did not offer a home office stipend. I still struggle with not having a company laptop when working at UPC, worsened by viewer licenses in conference rooms
