Good but could improve. I wish that departments wouldn't keep unhappy people in their jobs for so long. I am happy but the negative energy of people on my team who are burnt out and want change does hurt my view of the team

To provide a customer centric service.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team does a great job at exception management and resourcefully pivoting to episodic issues
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication with current events. They do a good job at getting the latest info out as fast as they can
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Time equity is important and the root cause to a lot of concerns is manpower. if we had the right amount of people, i believe the culture would change. also, leadership should be more diverse. We have white men and some woman. Very few woman of color
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the company as a whole (UPRR) re-structured so much that we continue to see new lanes and increased volume but we utilize the same head count metrics that do not align with current need. We can barely cover what we have and when there are vacancies, we are in the water
