Many employees like they job and what they do but would appreciate the opportunity to grown in that job/position.

I love my job and what I do. People know that I know my job and respect me and my opinions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At times, yes. While I don't currently have a 4 year degree, it makes it very challenging to move up within the company, jobs or levels.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a person with lots of tenure and experience, a new employee shouldn't be able to come in making more than me. Additionally, there is no way for me to move levels within my same position.
