I like my current role & coworkers, but there are little to no opportunities for advancement beyond Manager or Manager II level. Workload varies--wish it was more predictable week to week instead of having a slow week & then working overtime the next. Wish leadership team was more transparent / open
I like my team and feeling like my work has an impact on our overall goals
visible, involved, actively engaged with the workforce
energetic, people look forward to being here
Leadership team is accessible and transparent.
They are approachable and fairly transparent
work together, help each other, share the workload
laid back atmosphere, flexible work environment, great people
coworkers, the work, ability to use my skillset
They are accessible and transparent about goals and results
enhanced maternity leave, wellness programs
Paid family leave, merit pool
work together, willing to help each other out, positive
relationships with coworkers and managers
Health savings account and company contribution. 401K match. Healthcare plan options
well rounded health and welfare benefits. HSA seed money is good
we work well together, help each other out, can mix business with fun
Solving a problem and feeling like I'm staying on top of my workload
getting recognized for doing a great job, feeling valued and that my work is important
Positive attitude. Willingness to work together and help each other out. Willingness to share knowledge.
They seem to enjoy what they do, working at Loup, and are invested in the future of Loup.
small team, willing to give and accept feedback, everyone is willing to help each other out and share the load
Solving a problem, feeling like I can make decisions without having to check with my manager first, interacting with coworkers
Choice of many options to fit my life situation, 12 weeks paid maternity leave, annual bonus, other benefits (auto discounts, etc)
Have made many positive changes over the past year for work life balance and flexibility. The new work from home policy is great
We work together, help each other out and share the workload as best we can. We are all very busy and barely keeping up with our workload, so try to help each other out instead of pushing work off to others. Everyone who has been at Loup for awhile is willing to help teach new employees
I was at UP before I came to Loup and prefer the Loup culture. Loup feels small enough that we are all one big family and work hard but also have fun. Loup seems to understand better than UPRR does that work is not everything and tries to support more fun, team building, and work life balance
