I'm not impressed with this company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Organization. It's all terribly unorganized.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are no meetings. Everyone is out for him/herself.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They pressured me to do things I was uncomfortable doing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm an independent contractor and there are too many delays. Every delay means less money per hour.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
There wasn't one. I didn't interview at all. I didn't even speak to my manager until I was hired
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As much as 20% is taken out of my paycheck as an independent contractor. Not for benefits, but 'fees' plus there are fees associated with the Comdata pay card we get paid on.
