What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the leadership at luma is really awesome! they are inspiring by how much work they handle and how they manage to still find time for any questions about work, professional development and even just day to day problems for all employees. They respect transparency and hustle

the people on my team are incredibly smart, collaborative, and easy to work with. i feel like i learn a lot from engaging with them

My individual team is committed to working together. We talk things through, brainstorm new ideas, and help each other out when needed. There are is very little ego but just a full commitment to doing good and successful work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The common goal. it's an easy mission to get behind and everybody is here to try to get us there. Our product metrics are not just vanity metrics but real gaps being filled in the way patients access healthcare

Very quick follow-up and transparency into the process.

Talking with the individuals - each person came from their area of expertise and my manager in particular stayed with me for an hour extra to ensure my questions were answered. He didn't want any haziness.
