I train, have manager override, and I'm someone coworkers turn to to help with issues/solve problems. Many customers ask if I am a manager, and say I should be. I should be able to grow within the company, and get paid for my extra work.
Some employess are paid and assigned hours based on how well they are liked by their managers rather than quality of their work performance.
Better pay will make us all feel better.

Frequent meetings, video calls, group texts, and endless emails fail to reflect the companies stated goal of providing realistic work life balance. Additional resources and more realistic workload expectations would go a long way toward helping me to feel better about my compensation.
Im on my second week at macys working snd have not teceived my first check. I filled out for a credit card snd the credit department send it to the wrong zip code. I called the hr dept. they ssid my addresd was all ovet the place. Whatever that means. I fee the staff should be more responsible .
