Respect and communication. How they treat their employees
Listening to employee concerns and taking action on serious ones. Also to recognize hard work and to not put their job onto employees.
Actually working would help. Worry about business
Everything learn how to treat employee
Managers do not respect their staff and feel they can easily be replaced so salaries are not market competitive

Pay more to employee who work harder.
I train, have manager override, and I'm someone coworkers turn to to help with issues/solve problems. Many customers ask if I am a manager, and say I should be. I should be able to grow within the company, and get paid for my extra work.
Some employess are paid and assigned hours based on how well they are liked by their managers rather than quality of their work performance.
Better pay will make us all feel better.
If it was an enjoyable workplace and the director, managers and supervisors were nice and respectful that would be a good start. When you dread going to work and you're unhappy it effects productivity and it effects an employees health and wellbeing. The results are costly to the company.

We either need new trainees or somebody better get it together
Communication, communication, dialogue between lay workers and corporate staff
Employee moral and reliability efforts from everyone thirough training as well as support availibilty proper coverage
Permanent staffing overall attitudes and laziness
Feedback. Preparation of interviewer prior to interview
To really make an effort to evaluate candidates without prejudice.
Train the new employees longer and more effectintely. Don't just throw them on the Sales Floor during busy hours. Train them 2 weeks prior to and after they're hired at Macy's.
No word can explain the horror
Better branch explaining I was trained one day and thrown I the floors
No solid business strategy and senior management only motivated by stock price so only ficused on short term

Not enough cashiers. Store in Kalamazoo is rin down and dirty
Employees aren't paid a good enough or high enough salary, according to their time with the company and experience, knowledge, work habits. They're treated and paid like someone who walks in off the street woot the same experience. It's SAD!!
Good management that cares for it's employees
Team attitude training and work attitude
more transparency among the leadership

Fire all managers and hire ones that actually have customer service skills. Not condescending bullies, that get away in treating veteran employees like trash. Most lack communications skills and are lazy leave sales associates alone on major sales days with up to 15 customers.

hire people that are not lazy and can get the job done without being told to
Management needs to appreciate employee
