International crew and customers. Common appreciation of product. Polite exchanges.

For most part employees kinda understand each other, but disconnect between managers is passed on to the employees
People want to get paid and go home.

What did you like most about the interview process?
They stick to a script
I liked being judged by how well i spoke English. The better you are at speaking English, the better position you get. Almost all dock workers speak less than minimum English
Friendly and professional and detailed questions.
Meeting new people in the business
I was interview 25 yr s ago, by a direct manager that I was going to work for. Now they are doing phone interviews, hiring thru that process.
What makes you most happy at work?
Great place to work and enjoy the environment
Getting things done....Im a hard worker and others seem to want to as well.....monthly team meetings with collegues being recognized for their achievements
