Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Remove the Executive Team and Board of Directors, Eliminate DEI, Hire Whites in Correspondence with Area Demographics, Literally Triple and Quadruple Salaries to meet Area Known Salary Requirements.

Review from Admin Dept

I got hired as a part-time employee, but I worked full-time hours which left me in eligible for benefits. I got hired as a front end coordinator to train and manage the cashiers, however, there were no cashiers to train and manage, I was the cashier as well as the front end coordinator.

My manager told me I was hurting the company because of 2 negative customer interactions when I have majority positive and I even have a customer that waits for my register to be open so just I can ring her up. I would feel better if my achievements weren't discounted.

If the environment matched the pay worth

Better pto plans as well as better training throughout the store

If i was appreciated for my hard work and treated fairly. Given the same chance to be recognized and not to be passed over for employee of the quarter and promotions.

Review from Sales Dept

I've been trying to get a dollar raise for two years. I even get alot of great comments about my work.. All verbal praise . I'd like a raise I work very hard and they now it.

getting paid more for all the work I have to do

I work my butt off as a coordinator and now because of school, they have zero faith in me and they blame everything on me. Aside from that, they are replacing me because im in school and they said they would be flexible with it.

Retail workers are treated like crap. Point blank. We deserve a livable wage for the horrible things we're put through every day. Being a retail worker almost guarantees you to struggle with mental health issues because we are constantly treated less than human.

Yes- no acknowledgement, reward or any other incentive for anything.

When minimum wage goes up a dollar, higher paid employees are not compensated equally. Therefore an employee who has been there for 5 years will barely be making a dollar more than a brand new employee making minimum wage

Review from Product Dept

Better salary our salary is really bad

Review from Operations Dept

The performance based raises should be more reflective of the amount and quality of work an employee partakes in which should not just be from the evaluation of the managers but from the other associates that actually work with the employee on a regular basis.

Review from Sales Dept

Better pay for years being there and availability to be able to be seen for who I am.

Review from Sales Dept

I'm doing all this work for minimum wage

Review from Sales Dept

I only make 13 dollars an hour when we should be making 15 an hour at the very least. They don’t care that we’re not maki

Review from Sales Dept

I feel like they treat me to harshly and poorly

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel undervalued because I have my degree in fashion merchandising and they treat me like I'm completely clueless. I don't think there's anything that would make me feel better about my compensation.

Review from Sales Dept

I would feel more appreciated in challenging situations
