What is the best part about your compensation package?
The HDHP plan has a generous company contribution, perfect for mostly healthy employees that do not have frequent health problems.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a female, I am concerned about how my pay compares to equivalent male employees, but I would need anonymized transparency to confirm.

I feel valued. But I believe the $ rate is lower than comparable jobs at larger companies. Will the stock options compensate? That is hard to compare as not all aspects of the stock and financials can be shared.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management is generally communicative, works within legal boundaries, and favors remote work with ample opportunities to meet in person.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was given a problem that was outside of my comfort zone, and the main interviewer was able to work with me to understand the problem together.

The company supports being our full selves. Many ERGs and social channels are available to connect with others.

The company is full of smart people that can make new technologies a reality. Matterport also has a commitment to DEI that is represented in hiring.
