It feels like a good amount for little work
Generous pay and bonus program
Compensation is not even near compared to all the work we do
Better pay and more pto
I have worked very hard to achieve superior scores, perfect attendance, and a stellar reputation for accuracy and work ethic but feel that my efforts to promote within the company have been hindered by the mistakes of others.
I have had superior scores and percect attendance for a year and a half and was finally rewarded by being promoted to a pilot program in appeals where I spend most of my time as a CCR because this new department was grossly overhired and there is not enough work for us. Now I am working two roles.
Making $18 to $20 per hour would be a good start. Having insurance like the city's insurance would be great.
I work for 8:30 hours and only get payed for 8 hours no one knows what happens to the last 30 minutes not even the supervisors and they say that breaks and lunches are payed. Benefits are awful they could give more pto but they give a miserable amount not enough for even a good week vacation
To actually paid market rate, to be actually given raises equal to or better then inflation, to be given more options for benefits, to have a higher match for retirement then 6%, to be given bonuses again for work being performed. Allowed to actually promote people in my organization and team.
They cut our pay in half and took our incentives
Being paid more and management that are in touch with the staff.
Sometimes yes sometimes no is my deeling
Undervalued. They pay low hourly wages and also cut bonus offering
During the transition from being a VES employee to Maximus employee, I have seen zero personal benefit as an employee and have seen only a negative impact on the veterans we're contracted to serve. I would appreciate honesty and transparency about the transition process and being a Maximus employee
Yes. Have been ignored when I asked for a raise multiple times and have not received a pay increase in 2 years of work.
The housing market is expensive and the wages do no match the cost of living
The firm has no problem spending loads of money on anti-union TV ads and exec compensation but denies us the miniscule annual merit raise which was agreed when you're hired at the firm and secretly changes it in Workday. Cost of premiums go up with a worst plan, no compensation adjustment.
Review from Operations Dept
I feel valued and I get the recognition
Review from Operations Dept
It's not an east environment to work in and the job is stressful, the pay should be higher based on that
Review from Customer Support Dept
It seems like every person with a specific job title is compensated exactly the same, regardless of education and experience.
Review from Operations Dept
I feel undervalued because I helped out a lot have extra work to do and also have to train and help other coworkers

Other projects with comparable cost of living for the same position has a greater salary of $4,000 to $6,000.
