We all work very collaboratively and are respectful of one another.
We have great communcation amongst outselves

the environment is poor the the operation manager and some managers make it that way
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was somewhat laid back and I didn't feel like I was in a courtroom being interrogated.
they don't interview you for the CSR position they just talk to you, via zoom call with a group of others. The recruiter gives you information about the company to see if you like the position or not.
Truthfully, I like the staff member that interviewed me because he saw how dedicated I was to being an advocate.
