Mayo clinic is great to put on a resumd, but the work culture is toxic. Too luch pressure on employees to be perfect. Small mistakes are put under a magifying glass. Also, floors are rarely staffed with nursing aids at night so, as an RN, the low patient to RN ratio doesnt feel so low sometimes.
